School Outline and Education Method

They offer the place where people from all over the world can meet and enjoy studying
Japanese effectively with the use of easy to understand Japanese.
They have a long history and good achievement among the Japanese language schools.
Using their original teaching materials including a textbook, a workbook and a word-practicing notebook, experienced teachers teach good quality Japanese language.
The conversation course located in front of the station, is held in a bright classroom. As the students will interact with the Japanese students who are studying in a Japanese language teacher course, they can practice what they learnt in a class every day.

Lesson Features

In order to think from the beginning in Japanese what the students want to express, they give lessons in Japanese, not in English and other foreign languages. By using the photos and picture cards, the students learn basic words, grammar sentences, and then naturally they can pick up communication skills.
In a middle level class and over, lessons for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or lessons for business expressions are taught
Those who want to go to Japanese universities or specialized schools, are required to obtain a student visa and then take a preparatory education course at the head school of Sendagaya Japanese Institute.]

About Activity

Besides such activities like calligraphy and tea ceremony where Japanese cultures are introduced, there are other activities where the students can experience subculture including manga course and animation workshop.
Especially in the summer course, short trips to Kyoto and Mt. Fuji are planned at weekends, in addition to experiences of Japanese culture and subculture.

Registration: 32,400 yen
Tuition: 97,600 yen for four weeks
Others: Teaching material fee:  about 3000 yen
Period:  Two weeks and longer are available.

[General Japanese Course – Weekdays twice a week Afternoon class]
Registration: 11,000 yen
Tuition: 35,000 yen 10 days in all (seven days for two people)
Others: Teaching Material fee:  Actual expense is about 3000 yen.

[General Japanese Course -Weekdays twice a week Night class]
Registration: 11,000 yen
Tuition: 70,000 yen, 20 days in all (14 days for two people)
Others: Teaching material fee; Actual expense is about 3000 yen.

[General Japanese Course - Saturday class]
Registration: 11,000 yen
Tuition: 35,000 yen, 10 days in all (7 days for two people)
Others: Teaching material fee:  Actual expense is about 3000 yen.

[Private Lesson]
Registration: 11,000 yen
Tuition: 5500 yen for 50 minutes, 10,000 yen for 100 minutes, 14,000 yen for 150 minutes
Others: Teaching material fee: Included in the tuition fee.

[Visiting Teacher]

Tuition: 7400 yen for 60 minutes, 10,500 yen for 90 minutes, 13,500 yen for 120 minutes

Selection fee: 20,000 yen
Registration: 60,000 yen
Tuition: 690,000 yen per a year
