School Outline and Education Method

Aichi University is a private, liberal arts university with campuses in Toyohashi, Nagoya, and Kurumamichi, and was established in l946 in the spirit of “contributing to world literature and peace”, and to “foster the human potential by recognizing global wisdom and common outlook.” Still today, Aichi University embodies the spirit of respect for student autonomy. Furthermore, in April 2012 the new Nagoya Sasashima Campus will open near Nagoya Station, in the Sasashima Live 24 area.

International Student Support includes

  • 30% reduction in tuition fees for international students coming at their own expense.

  • Access to financial incentives for excellent students as well as a satisfactory scholarship system.

  • Available accommodation rental for those students coming from afar. The school will act as guarantor for those students interested in renting accommodations.
  • An international exchange center to support students studying and living in Japan. Various international student activities are available.
