YIEA encourages their students to become active members of society while continuously developing their globally conscious personalities.

They maintain a high level of study-effectiveness by placing their students into appropriate class levels. They use techniques that enable their students to successfully pass examinations such as the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students and the Japanese Language Proficiency Test grade 1., while also further encouraging them to pursue higher education, including graduate school, university and/or vocational school.
