School Outline and Education Method
Sendai Language School provides a high quality preliminary education to students who are aiming to progress to universities, colleges, or vocational schools in Japan. We teach not only the Japanese language, but also things one needs to learn in order to live in Japanese society. All teachers and staff eagerly help students adapt themselves quickly to the Japanese lifestyle.

Lesson Features
We always do our best to give the classroom a homey atmosphere, while helping students pass the Japanese Proficiency Test. Homeroom teachers observe students carefully in class, and student infomation will be shared with other teachers to make lessons more effective. Extra assignments can be provided to students who wish to study harder in order to reach their higher educational goals.

About Activity
Off-campus activities include Hanami (Cherry blossom viewing) and a bus tour to Matsushima. On campus events such as a speech contest are also scheduled. Once a month, a Japanese volunteer group visits us and offers an opportunity to communicate in Japanese. We also sometimes visit elementary and middle schools as guest speackers, giving students the chance to communicate with Japanese school kids by introducing their own countries.

Student's Voice

When I first came to Japan and began studying I felt very uneasy. It was really different from what I've imagined. But the teachers really helped me out and I was able to understand japanese. Just believe in your capability and feel that you're moving forward! (Markus, from Sweden) The teachers of this school are all very relaxed and fun. Joking with them is one of the good parts in this school, they joke and laugh together with us. (Nemi, from Sweden)

Teachers Voice

We have students studying at our school from more than ten countries. Just like students characteristics are all different, the personalities of our school staff vary from person to person. Please enjoy your s school life everyday in a homey atmosphere.
