“Gudetama” Book

cover-event201607-5_1

“Gudetama’s Gutara English” is now on sale. Gudetama is a Sanrio character whose name is short for “gudegude to shita yaruki no nai tamago” (lazy apathetic egg). Because it’s popular in Japan there is a wide variety of Gudetama merchandize available. This book is a collection of half-hearted Gudedama quotes translated into English, which include: “I don’t want to do anything,” “I’ll be productive starting tomorrow … not today,” and “I want to be free.” Enjoy these with the numerous color illustrations.

Published by Natsumesha. 1,000 yen.
