Aimed at a foreign clientele, the Japanese cookery class Tsukiji Cooking is held in Tsukiji (Chuo City, Tokyo). It’s possible to participate individually or in a group. Various options are available including lessons at the student’s home, lessons at a Michelin-starred restaurant, lessons for vegetarians, and lessons that include a visit to Tsukiji market. Lessons are available in English or with an interpreter. Students do not need to bring any materials to participate.
