An exhibition titled “Mt. Fuji Monkey Enclosure In Aoyama” will be held at Itochu Aoyama Art Square (Minato City, Tokyo) from January 4 to 17. Taking the theme of monkeys, the zodiac animal of 2016, and Mt. Fuji, a symbol of good luck, more than 100 paintings by young Japanese artists will be on display. Workshops will be held throughout the exhibition on how to make monkeys from felt and how to paint them in the Japanese style. It’s necessary to reserve in advance for the workshops. Admission free of charge.
