Event Highlights the Appeal of Kagurazaka

“Kagurazaka Street Stage/O-Edo Tour 2015” will be held on November 15. Even though it’s located in the center of Tokyo, with its stone paved alleys and rows of traditional Japanese restaurants, Kagurazaka (Shinjuku City, Tokyo) is an old-fashioned neighborhood. Traditional artists with ties to Kagurazaka will get together for this event. Visitors can enjoy performances by musicians while wandering through the streets, or sit down for a dinner party with geisha (for a fee: it’s necessary to reserve in advance). A pre-event festival will be held in the evening on November 14.
